Eleven years shipping software, data, AI, CRM, apps and VR products for US teams, from Quito.

I started as a developer building robots, automated warehouses and greenhouses in Ecuador. The projects were good; the management around them was not, so I moved into project management and PMO support for automation and electronics teams, and never left.

Since 2018 almost all my work has been with US companies, remote: data warehouses, a VR platform with 50 people on one board, software products, and a book of 20 to 40 client websites at a web agency. I am the PM who still reads the pull request.

Today I lead delivery for a clinical genomics SaaS startup as Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master, run a PMO for a product company, and build with Lovable, Figma AI and automation tools through my studio, AfterEP.

Outside work: road trips a couple of hours from Quito with my wife and our dog, and music playing whenever I work.
