ERP implementation and integrations for an enterprise
Context
Cross-functional delivery inside a large Ecuadorian technology company, with roadmaps and backlogs owned end to end.
What I did
- Led the ERP implementation and API integrations program; implemented Single Sign-On.
- Owned the roadmap and product backlog, prioritizing features from KPI and CPI data and user feedback.
- Kept design consistency through Sketch and Adobe XD; authored the xTrim summary on agile methods and AI and machine learning adoption.
