Growth, rebuilds and rescues for small businesses
Context
Small businesses where the brief is usually "make it work and make it pay".
What I did
- For the consultancy: SEO, Google Ads, landing page optimization and conversion tracking; rebuilt its website in Lovable; drafted consulting agreements and simplified client billing.
- AfterEP: responded to a WordPress store security incident and led a scaled-back migration to Shopify for an e-commerce retailer; produced branding and a proposal for a marketplace platform rebuild.
- Prototype in Lovable and Figma AI, automate with Zapier, Make and n8n, document with Claude and ChatGPT.
