A clinical genomics decision-support SaaS
Context
A distributed team building a platform that turns genomic reports into clinical guidance, with HIPAA-regulated data and clinicians as the end users.
What I did
- Made the clinical rulebook the single source of truth: clinicians write rules in their language, engineering gets testable requirements, AI specialists get the logic they prompt against.
- Run sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups and retrospectives in Jira; Friday executive sessions with the client's clinical stakeholders to unblock and decide.
- Coordinated a PostgreSQL migration and the handover from a departing third-party front-end team mid-program.
- Contractor oversight against committed ETAs with Clockify reports; AI onboarding prompts and continuity systems (Claude) so context survives the length of the engagement.
