Data warehouses and dashboards for enterprise and e-commerce clients
Context
A data consultancy delivering SaaS integrations, warehouse builds and analytics.
What I did
- Ran warehouse projects through a 7-phase plan: discovery, infrastructure, API and ingestion, data governance, dimensional modeling, dbt development, data quality.
- Built dashboards, scorecards and KPI tracking in Power BI, Tableau and Looker Studio; automated the reporting layer.
- Led the offshore team on allocation, capacity and velocity instead of status theater; handled an underperformer with a fact-based path-to-green plan and a clean exit.
- Applied WCAG and WAI-ARIA standards and ran usability testing on client-facing tools.
